Architectural Design

We carry out a detailed survey of your property, discuss while on site your proposals for the Planning Approval process, then carry out the preliminary design work for your approval.

Once you are happy with the final design, we submit the Application through the Planning Portal on your behalf, once the applications accepted confirm to you by email there reference number. Most applications take around three months before either permission granted or refused.

Should the application be refused depending on what the Planning departments reason for refusal are, if minor we can submit the application again based on there revised design.

Should you need to re apply the council fees are free of charge for one additional application, our fees depend on the work involved to update the new design, but this would be in most cases a nominal fee.
